With the aim of strengthening collaboration between the university and industry while equipping students with essential knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes prior to their final internships, on the afternoon of May 22, 2026, at Hall A301 – Campus 1, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, successfully organized the program entitled “MOU Signing Ceremony and Seminar: Essential Preparation for Students’ Corporate Internships.”

The event was attended by the University Board of Management, faculty leaders, lecturers, enterprise representatives, and a large number of final-year students from the disciplines of Accounting, Finance and Banking, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. This activity represents one of the Faculty’s practical initiatives under its educational orientation of integrating academic learning with practical experience, strengthening industry engagement, and developing students’ professional competencies from an early stage.

A key highlight of the program was the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) between the Faculty of Finance and Accounting and three enterprises, namely: Nhan Tai Viet Accounting and Auditing Co., Ltd.; Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Dong Nai Branch; and Mekong Logistics Co., Ltd. Expanding the network of industry partnerships not only creates more opportunities for internships, field experiences, and employment for students, but also contributes to improving training quality in a practice-oriented manner aligned with the demands of the modern labor market.

Within the seminar session, industry experts and enterprise representatives shared valuable practical insights regarding professional preparation for students entering the corporate environment. Key topics included professional competencies, workplace manners, professional attitudes, communication skills, corporate culture, and adaptability in modern working environments. In addition, students were updated on recruitment trends, employer expectations, and the essential skills needed to enhance competitiveness in the rapidly evolving labor market.

The seminar atmosphere was highly interactive, featuring direct exchanges between students and enterprise representatives. Numerous questions related to interview skills, internship experiences, employment opportunities, and career development pathways were thoroughly addressed by the experts, providing students with practical perspectives and clearer career orientations for the future.

Through the organization of the MOU signing ceremony and enterprise seminar, Lac Hong University continues to affirm its dynamic, modern, and application-oriented learning environment, where students are not only equipped with academic knowledge but are also provided opportunities to engage with enterprises, gain practical experience, and comprehensively develop professional skills throughout their studies.
This is also one of the distinctive strengths that has increasingly attracted learners to the Faculty of Finance and Accounting in the fields of Accounting, Finance and Banking, and Logistics and Supply Chain Management, especially in the context of the growing demand for highly qualified human resources.
